These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by SkillRisers Consultancy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

SkillRisers Consultancy offers a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Technology & Digital Solutions
  • Catering & Dining Services

All services are provided based on the specific agreement entered into with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services.
  • Ensure that all payments for services are made in a timely manner, as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Comply with any regulations or requirements related to the services being provided.
  • Grant SkillRisers Consultancy permission to use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Service Delivery & Timeline
  • SkillRisers Consultancy will make every effort to deliver services within the agreed-upon timeline. However, timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as regulatory approvals, third-party delays, or force majeure events.
  • All service timelines will be provided at the start of the engagement and will be subject to revision based on mutual agreement between the parties.
4. Payment Terms
  • Payment for services is due according to the terms set out in the service agreement.
  • We accept payments through bank transfers, checks, or other mutually agreed payment methods.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the service agreement.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
  • SkillRisers Consultancy will treat all client information as confidential and will only disclose it when required by law or as necessary to provide the agreed-upon services.
  • We take all reasonable steps to protect the privacy and security of your data in compliance with relevant privacy laws.
6. Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property related to the services provided by SkillRisers Consultancy (including but not limited to software, content, designs, trademarks, and logos) remains the exclusive property of SkillRisers Consultancy.
  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose as specified in the agreement.
7. Termination
  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if there is a breach of terms or failure to fulfill obligations.
  • Upon termination, the client agrees to settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to that point.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • SkillRisers Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our total liability in any case will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service under the applicable agreement.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
10. Amendments
  • SkillRisers Consultancy reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Force Majeure
  • SkillRisers Consultancy shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Indemnity
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold SkillRisers Consultancy harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or expense resulting from a breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the services provided.
